The new vegan wool has not an animal origin but the touch and feeling is like wool, keeping you warm as the wool too. You can knit and crochet your favorite outfits with it. 

It is made 100% of Dralon fiber. Dralon is an acrylic fiber mostly used for babies and small kids clothes because is extremely soft and gentle on the skin, it keeps out germs, mites and moths, perfect for people with allergies because of its hypoallergenic properties. 

Dralon is a planet friendly fiber too, because in its production the water consumption and the CO2 emission is lower than in other fibers. You can lear more here:

The vegan wool is soft and warm, but also has a long durability, tear strength and sustainable bright colors. It is also easy to clean: washing at 40° Celsius is sufficient, no dry-cleaning is necessary. It dries very quickly. 

This material complies with the regulations of Standard 100 of Oeko-Tek product class I. In our vegan wool, no harmful or toxic substances have been applied for its production, complying with the requirements of the OEKO-TEX® certification.
