"I purchased “urban” a gray, yellow, white, and black t-shirt yarn with a cool modern pattern. What I received was an ugly, printed yarn with the buccees chipmunk squirrel thing printed on it. I tried to reach out to customer service to get the correct product, thinking there had been a mistake. The representative told me that “variations were expected as noted in the product listing”. I then try to process the return and it requires you to list a reason why you are returning, then advertises their “premium” non-recycled t-shirt yarn with no way forward that i can see on mobile to process my return. What a way to do business. Know that you have permanently lost my business to Loosends yarn who has the same wording on their products, uses recycled materials, and has never sent me a completely different yarn and then tried to gaslight me like that was normal."
