We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you wish to return or exchange any product in your order, simply click here.

If you purchased the Free Returns + Package Protection for $1.98 there is no cost to return the package, applicable for domestic US orders only. You will be able to submit your request through our Returns Center.

If you choose not to purchase the protection, you will still return through our Returns Center and purchase a shipping label with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money!

Returns can NOT be made outside of the 30-day period.

A few quick things:

Products must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging.

Samples and outlet items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Orders shipped outside the US will have to bear the cost of return shipping.

If your package can't be delivered and is sent back to us because you’re not there, an incorrect address was provided, refuse to pay import taxes, or moved without notifying us, the shipping cost for your order will not be refunded. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If the package is not returned, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
